What is your Return Policy?

At CSS, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. We offer *30-day returns on most items and personalized service. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping fees. Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction. Refunds do not apply to prepaid installations or items that have been installed once installation has been performed. Items that have been installed included but not limited to mounts, in-wall/in-ceiling speakers and mobile audio equipment will only be exchanged due to manufacturer defects only. Issues arriving from improper customer installation can not be exchanged. Items marked as "Special Order" are not cancellable or returnable due to the custom nature of these products. Security Products may not be returned once activated/installed. Media Servers/Players and Oversized items (Furniture, Televisions, Projectors, Screens, Floorstanding Speakers and ALL items over 50 lbs) will receive a partial refund less any applicable restocking and shipping fees. We Service Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia (DMV) offering a full design, delivery and installation experience!

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Orders on larger items such as TV's, Window Treatments, Projection Screens and Furniture will be scheduled by our awesome customer support team M-F. 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Install services will also be scheduled through our customer support team during those hours.

Yes we do! The Experience Center is open by appointment only. Unlike a typical retail store, our Experience Center features design focused solutions such as invisible speakers, centralized lighting, a design studio, and a full 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos Theater with a floor to ceiling acoustical implementation. Our design consultants will be happy to schedule an appointment.
